In light of the fast-moving events concerning the novel Coronavirus, we would like to ensure our clients and the community that we will not only continue practicing safe hygiene behaviors we will be adding additional measures to ensure the wellbeing of our patients and staff.
Part of this is unfortunately restricting those who we will be able to perform test upon. Even if you are feeling well we can not perform tests on you if you:
have traveled from overseas within the last 14 days.
have been in contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus.
Or if you have any flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath).
If you match the above criteria and have a booking with us please let us know and we’ll reschedule your appointment. Self-isolate for a minimum of 14 days.
If you experience any respiratory flu-like symptoms, please seek advice from a health care provider and they can direct you to the right health facility where they would have the most up to date treatment and safety protocols.
